Drainage & Dry Creek Bed

This Leesburg property was having issues with lawn saturation throughout the rear portion of the property. We installed a dry creek of cobblestone pebbles, with a mixture of medium-sized PA boulders, to aid with water flow and minimize erosion within the area.

Colonial stepping stones were laid to provide passage through a portion of the dry creek. We extended multiple downspouts into the dry creek as well, to create an ideal drainage solution.
